Why can’t I login to my AZ Account?
If you placed an order as a guest, or received our newsletter in the past, and have not created an account on our AZ website, you will receive a message that your email address is not valid in our system. How do I recover my password?
If you have an active account at www.agelesszen.com, you can request your password by navigating to the Sign In page, and then clicking on the "Forgot Password" link, enter your email address and click on Submit. You will receive a link in your email where you can reset your password.

MY ORDERS & RETURNS
Where is my order and how can I check the status?
Ageless Zen (AZ) requires 2 business days to process and ship your order. Your tracking number will be automatically sent to you email when the order is shipped. Please check your email for shipping and order confirmation. Registered users can view order status and history in “My Account”. If you do not have an account, you can check your order status by using the tracking information and instruction provided to you in email.
What is your return policy?
Ageless Zen accepts returns within 30 days of receipt. AZ requests you to report within 14 days, if you want to return any product. All returns must include any gift with purchase, promotional product or samples to qualify for refund.
AZ will refund the purchase price paid for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products.
You (buyer) will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive the product with your comments, we will process the refund or replacement within 14 working days.

Failure to include this information will delay processing and/or your return will be sent back to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed online, there is usually less than one hour after submission that we can access your order to cancel it and/or remove items. To request to cancel an order or make an adjustment, please call +1 775-850-5112 within one hour of placing your order so a representative can help you accordingly.
What if my order was damaged in shipment?
It is unlikely that we send you a product that is damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, AZ will be happy to send you a new product, simply call at +1 775-850-5112 or email customer support at email@example.com with your order details.
What are shipping options and costs?
Shipping cost will be calculated at the “Check Out” point when you are placing your order according to the selected shipping address, carrier and shipping service.
You are responsible for entering shipping address and selection of shipping service. If the address is entered incorrect, buyer will be responsible for handling, processing and shipping cost involved in the process.
Do you ship outside the US?
You (buyer) is responsible for shipping and processing cost.
Does Ageless Zen offer free samples?
We do not send free samples.
